Pacific Region Cadet Leadership School

26-31 December 2006, McChord AFB and Camp Murray, WA

Ready to take your cadet officer professional development to the next level? Do you need COS, RCLS, or the CAP Senior Officer Course (AFIADL 13) credit? Then the Washington Wing RCLS is for you!

What does the Washington Wing RCLS offer?
Comprehensive 40 hour curriculum to include:

  • Situational Leadership
  • Military Decision Making Process
  • Presentation Skills, resource management
  • Problem solving as cadet leaders on the wing and squadron level
  • Guest Speakers

    • To Apply:

  • CAP Form 31 (PDF)
    On the page 2 (IACE section) of the form note what your shirt size is
  • $150.00 check or money order made out to Washington Wing, Civil Air Patrol RCLS (This cost includes food, billeting, and school materials)
  • Mitchell Award (Chiefs may apply but priority will be given to cadet officers)
  • Cover Letter stating how RCLS will benefit you, your unit, and your wing
