How do I access the members website?

Seniors and cadets: Sign in with your WAWG Google account.

Parents: Sign in with a Google account associated with your CAP-registered email address.

How do I get a WAWG account?

Wing members in good standing have an individual account in WAWG's Google Workspace service. Your account is automatically created shortly after completing your initial CAP training.

  • Senior members must complete Level 1
  • Cadets must complete OPSEC training

You will receive a new account e-mail from Google to your primary "EMAIL" address field in eServices, containing an initial password which expires in 48 hours. Check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see it. If your initial password has expired, contact WAWG IT for a password reset: it@wawg.cap.gov.

  • We recommend changing your primary email address in your eServices account contacts to your WAWG address. Add a home e-mail address as a backup in case you lose access to your WAWG address.

Please note

  • It may take up to a few days for our system to get your updated status from eServices after completing initial training or transferring to WAWG.
  • If you have not yet completed your initial training but have a specific need for a WAWG account, ask your commander to submit an IT request.
  • Your WAWG account is automatically disabled if eServices does not show you as a current CAP member of Washington Wing.
