WAWG Cyber Education Training

The WAWG Cyber Education Training program offers Computer Science & Engineering and Cyber Security learning opportunities to Civil Air Patrol members. These training sessions are open to both cadets and senior members.

The WAWG Cyber Education Training program offers Computer Science & Engineering and Cyber Security learning opportunities to Civil Air Patrol members. These training sessions are open to both cadets and senior members. Attending this activity can count toward your required contact hours for Cyber badge. Hybrid attendees require Windows PC, Mac or Chromebook with mic, camera and Internet connection. All attendees must have a Wing email account and access to eServices.


PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS:

- Be an active CAP cadet or Senior Member
- No prior cyber security knowledge or experience needed
- Register with your official CAP email if you have one
- Have parental or guardianship permission signed and submitted at registration (CAPF 60-80) for cadets   (https://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/media/cms/CAPF_6080_Permission_Slip_6DEA6DC6D05D1.pdf)

UOD:

ABUs for cadets; ABUs or Corporate for senior members

Packing List: hydration pack or water bottle, some snack, notebook and pens
