0800 - Education and Training Sessions

Unit Commander's Course (UCC)
Location: Room C
The Unit Commander's Course is Civil Air Patrol’s primary course for new and aspiring unit or group commanders.

Level III Moderated Modules
Location: Room A
This training covers the moderated modules of Level III, which is required to earn the Grover C. Loening Award.

AE Technician in a Day
Location: Room B
This course is designed for anyone in the AE Specialty Track without a Technician rating.

Training Leaders of Cadets (TLC)
Location: Suite 400 
Participants will gain the skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead cadet programs at the local level.

1900 - Welcome Reception

Audience: Adults / All Senior Members who can attend

Description: A welcome to the 2025 Washington Wing Conference. Please eat before you come, but there will be small appetizers served along with a cash bar. This is the time to see the members you haven’t seen in awhile, and meet new ones. We will take the time to go over what to expect for the weekend, and be sure to answer any lingering questions. Most of all, it’s a welcome celebration.

Menu: Petite Tostada, Antipasti Skewer, Vegetable Egg Roll, Seasonal Fruit and Berries Station, Cheese and Salami Board. Cash bar with beer and wine.
