Cadet Billeting

Friday Check-In

For cadets who are billeting overnight at the Armory, and attending the Conference on Saturday.

6:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Notes:

• Please arrive in appropriate civilian attire.
• Make sure all your luggage and loose items are clearly labeled with your name.
• Please eat dinner before arrival.

Saturday Conference Check-In

For cadets who are attending the Conference on Saturday, but are not billeting overnight at the Armory (i.e., staying with a parent at a hotel, or local cadets staying home overnight).

7:30 AM - 7:55 AM

Yakima Convention Center
10 N 8th St, Yakima, WA 98901

Notes:

• Please arrive in your service uniform (blues).
• Cadets staying overnight will have their gear transported to the armory.
• Make sure all your luggage and loose items are clearly labeled with your name.

Saturday Banquet Check-In

For cadets who are attending the Saturday Banquet, but are not attending the Conference beforehand.

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Yakima Convention Center

Notes:

• Please arrive in your dress uniform, or formal civilian attire.
• Cadets staying overnight will have their gear transported to the armory.
• Make sure all your luggage and loose items are clearly labeled with your name.

Saturday Post-Conference Check-Out

For cadets who are attending the Saturday Conference, but are not attending the Banquet. Cadets not attending the banquet must check out at this time, and will not be permitted to check back in.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

• Cadets with luggage at the armory must bring it with them to the convention center Saturday morning, where it will be safely stored.
• Make sure all your luggage and loose items are clearly labeled with your name.

Saturday Post-Banquet Check-Out

For cadets who are attending the banquet, but are not billeting overnight at the Armory (i.e., staying with a parent at a hotel, or local cadets staying home overnight).

9:45 PM - 10:15 PM

Notes:

• Cadets who are traveling home either need a parent/guardian to pick them up if under 18, or a safe travel plan.
• Cadets with luggage at the armory must bring it with them to the convention center Saturday morning, where it will be safely stored.
• Make sure all your luggage and loose items are clearly labeled with your name.

Sunday Morning Check-Out

For cadets who attended the banquet and billeted at the Armory overnight.

8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

• Light to-go breakfast will be provided at departure time.
• Cadets are expected to help with armory clean-up in the morning.
