Check-In and Check-Out Information
Depending on their registration options and transportation situation, there are three possible check-in times and three possible check-out times for cadets.
Van and Carpool Sign-Up
We’ve set this tool up to help members find rides. All registrants and parents will be sent this link in their confirmation to help them find a ride.
Units, once you’ve identified your van drivers please list their trips in this tool so your members can sign up.
You can also encourage your parents and members to list their trips, or sign up for the wait list if they need a ride. We can’t help anyone who doesn’t tell us they need help.
Tip: Reach out to drivers crossing a path your cadets could get to and ask if they’d make a stop.

Find a Driver
Have a CAP vehicle, but need a driver? The address drivers@wawg.cap.gov goes out to all CAP drivers in the wing to help you find one.
Find a Vehicle
Have a driver and need a vehicle? Here’s a listing of the current vehicles and the units that have them. Each unit has a “unitname-vehicle-managers” email group that you can use to arrange pick-up and drop-off.
View Your Unit's Registrants
We will be loading all registrants into eServices to gather unit-level approval to attend. Unit leaders can use the Registration Zone Attendance By Unit report to see everyone in their unit who is attending. Just pick your unit and set your date filters that include the conference dates. We’ll be updating the list as registrations come in.
Air and Bus Travel
We can arrange to pick up members traveling by air to the Yakima Airport (commercial, private, or CAP flights), or to the Yakima Greyhound Bus station. Contact us at conference@wawg.cap.gov below to arrange pickup.
