Ladies: If you ordinarily wear a men's medium, you will likely want a small. These are dri-fit shirts that run large and do not shrink.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING FORMS:

THE MEMBER'S UNIT COMMANDER MUST SIGN AND APPROVE THE CAPF 60-81.  UNSIGNED FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

DO NOT UPLOAD CAPF 17, 31, OR 60-80.  

CAP FORMS 60-81, 160, 161, AND 163 (CADETS 17 YEARS & YOUNGER) AND THE JBLM HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT ARE THE ONLY FORMS ACCEPTED BY THIS ACTIVITY.
