Olympic Air Show
Who: Cadets and Senior Members are integral to the fun and success of this activity!
What: This airshow activity combines all three of CAP's missions.
When: 16-18 June 2023
Where: Olympia Regional Airport
How (much): $40 for all members
Why: Because airshows are awesome!
South Sound Composite Squadron will be once again hosting volunteers for the Olympic Air Show (OAS 2023) at the Olympia Regional Airport! the weekend of. June 16-18 (Fri-Sun). We will have a bivouac camp and dining facility to house CAP members volunteering with the air show. All levels of experience are encouraged to attend. There will be opportunities for all in the Leadership, Camp, Recruiting, and Operations teams in uniform to support the success of the Air Show. This will be a unique opportunity for cadets to work in small groups and with specific missions to accomplish. There will be many different tasks, so we welcome and need all levels of knowledge and experience. Approximately 60 total Senior and Cadets members are required to accomplish this large of an event, with many opportunities to engage with the public and support our state's aviation community.
